Everyone’s favorite menswear sale is now upon us. If you read The Peak Lapel, you know we don’t post about sales often, but the SuitSupply outlet is one that is more than worth mentioning as the deals to be had border on theft. (Okay, maybe not quite, but there are some fantastic deals.)
You can access the sale by clicking here and use the code FINALSALES.
As far as picks go, we would recommend specifically taking a look at their outerwear and knitwear sections. While usually sparse, this time around it looks like they have a whole lot of great options here. They also seems to have lots more suits available than in the last two sales. Indeed, it looks like the whole thing was truly restocked with some new stuff available for the first time. Also, don’t miss the bulk-buy discounts where you can get a whole bunch of shirts, ties, belts, or other accessories at an even more ridiculous discount if you buy a bunch at a time.
The obvious word of caution: Everything is final sale. So, no returns or exchanges whatsoever. So, unless you are absolutely sure, it’s hard to recommend things like shoes. (There has also been a little bit of sizing inconsistency we have noticed with some of their sweaters and jackets, so just bear that in mind as well.)
There were some technically difficulties this morning as the sale was first started, but they’re all resolved now, and everything is good to go, it seems. I would also point out that, in the past, SuitSupply has restocked the sale with some more basic items after a day or so, but no guarantees they will be doing that again this year. Plus, things move very quickly, so if you see something you like, don’t wait. It’ll sell out. You and the whole world are trying to buy it at the same time.
The outlet will be officially announced tomorrow, so consider this your head start!
The world of menswear is becoming more and more crowded, with more great, quality options than ever before. SuitSupply has always been a favorite around these parts, even at full price, but during these outlet sales, they really are quite competitive, and difficult to beat.
Good luck!
