Clearance Suits — starting at $200
Clearance items like these suits, and the blazer below, is what makes these 50% off sales at JCF so great. Half-off the regular priced items isn’t anything special, but when you can stack these codes on top of already-low clearance prices, you can feel like you’re robbing the place. The link above will take you to all their clearance suits, which can be had — jacket and pants together — starting at under $200. Can’t do much better than that, folks. And plenty of size options available at time of posting.
Thompson Unconstructed Flex Chino Blazer — ($74.99) $37.49
This is a ridiculous price for a very solid blazer. Just watch out about the color. Apparently the online pictures are not so accurate.
Driggs herringbone pant — ($64.50) $32.00
While you could likely get these pants for a bit cheaper holding out for a better sale, these pants are good enough and popular enough that they likely won’t stick around that long. While these pants do not have any stretch, they are still super comfortable as they are made out of a super-soft cotton with a herringbone pattern that gets softer with each wash. Plus, that pattern makes these look like they’re dress pants when they actually feel like sweatpants. I own a pair in black from last year and very much now want them in another color as well. Do be aware: these are their slimmest fit, comparable to the J Crew 484.
BANANA REPUBLIC — AUTO DISCOUNT TAKEN AT CHECKOUT
Shown above:
- Quilted Jacket — ($228) $136.80
- Heritage Quilted Jacket — ($198) $118.80
- Italian Wool-Blend Twill Peacoat — ($298) $178.80 [Super nice looking coat, though nervous it will not at all be slim fitting. Also, why no other color options on this one?]
BR just released a whole bunch of new outerwear/jackets/coats, and while they seem to radically alter their fit from season to season, and year to year, many of the offerings certainly do look nice even if I cannot speak to the fit just yet. Also, while for regular season a 40% code is just about the best you can do these days (except for the occasional 50% one item they sometimes run) at BR, if you are willing to risk waiting until the end-of-season sales, these coats can likely be had for quite a bit less — if they’re still available.
